Disney BoardWalk Villas is a Vacation Club property and shares the lobby, the check-in and all amenities with BoardWalk Inn Resort.

Disney BoardWalk Villas and Disney BoardWalk Inn make up a huge complex located near Epcot in Walt Disney World. There is a continuity in theming, the villas have the look of summer seashore cottages. The resort was opened in July 1996.

Theme and atmosphere

It is considered a "Home Away From Home" resort.

The summery, seaside atmosphere is given by yellow striped awnings, white picket fences, light colors. The overall impression is of casual elegance. The wicker furniture, rocking chairs and the fireplace in the lobby lend the place a feeling of coziness.

The rooms are painted and decked in warm colors(white, blue, light yellow and green) and vivid prints.
