Theme and atmosphere
The existing, functional part of the resort is constituted by the Classic Years buildings. The theming focusses on the classic years - the 50s through the 90s, each building being conceived like a "time capsule" with specific details of living, working, playing.
The five buildings representing the five decades (1950s - 1990s) are Disney themed also (except for the 90s building that has no Disney characters representation):
- 50s - Lady and the Tramp, Giant Jukeboxes
- 60s - Mowgli and Baloo from the Jungle Book, Play-Doh and Skateboards
- 70s - Mickey Mouse phone, Big Wheel
- 80s - Walkman, Roger Rabbit and Rubik's Cube
- 90s - Computers, Cell Phones
